I run two worlds that rarely overlap. One is for parents navigating a diagnosis, an evaluation, or a school fight for their kid, including foster and adoptive families, grandparents raising grandkids, and the professionals who support them. The other is for people who are already disciplined about their own health and tired of guessing whether what they're spending money on actually works. My mission is to be the clinical filter for both.
I'm a licensed pediatric neuropsychologist and a longevity minded endurance athlete myself, the two credentials this whole practice runs on. (The full story of how those two worlds collided lives on my About Me page; this is the short version of what I actually do.)
If you're a caregiver: you didn't come here for more information. You've already been handed enough clinical jargon to make your kid sound broken, and you're isolated from people who get it. You have done enough. What I'm building is a place where you feel seen, strengthened, and told the truth, not sold to.
If you're optimizing your own health and longevity: your real problem isn't energy, it's certainty, knowing the effort and money you're putting in is actually adding up to something, now and twenty years from now. I vet what I recommend through both lenses, clinician and lived-in practitioner, and I'll tell you straight when something's solid versus still exploratory. (I'm a paid affiliate with several companies I mention, I say that upfront, every time, because trust is the whole point.)
Credentialed. Lived-in. Honest about both. That's the whole filter and I'd rather build it alongside a community than figure it out alone.
